Less than 1 mth to go to our much awaited NZ vacation. Does anyone know if I can bring instant noodles and instant porridge to NZ?

If there are clear English descriptions on the content of the food, then maybe it is fine.
It is best not to bring any food stuff into NZ and Australia.

I'm afraid, we (maybe more like me :rotflmao: ) won't be able to tahan burgers, steak and pizza for 2 whole weeks. Do you know if I can buy instant noodles in NZ?

Hmmmm...maybe don't bring also gd, can lose weight :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Dont worry much; when I was in Europe for 2 wks for hols, I didnt eat any rice at all and survived.
Well, this is a good chance to test your stomach. We adults are easily adaptable. Also, instant noodles/porridge is never healthy.
        Enjoy your hols!

The last time I came back from US after almost 3 weeks, I actually lost several Kg! 😂 Only drawback is I bought clothes that fitted there but put back weight after I come back, so those clothes don't fit me anymore! 🤷 🤷

Don't intend. To buy clothes in NZ, so no problem this time. Hehehe :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

there are many Chinese food outlets in NZ, and their supermarkets are well stock with Chinese food items

beware of false declaration on bringing food into NZ. the fines are VERY heavy. don’t let it spoil your holiday

              Hi Dnls_mum,

Since you are doing self-drive, you can buy the groceries etc at NZ supermarkets. However take note that you will have to pay for the plastic carrier bags to carry your stuff.

yes, please load up water, fruits, wine (don't drink & drive), pies, roast chicken, etc yummy yummy
