Hi ningy, I don’t remember the open house was that early. I think it was after CNY, mid to end Feb. I was told it’s too crowded to accommodate the 3 uniform group on Friday. So now only BB is on Friday.

As far as I know, swimming is a cca & not a compulsory sport.

Yes u’re right. I’ve called the General Office yesterday and spoke to the teacher in charge of Brownies and confirmed that it’s on Monday. Will have to attend the CCA open house to check other CCAs, otherwise I think my DD2 will be joining Brownies like her sister. Her sister had a good time although the teacher in charge is rather fierce - not sure if it will be the same teacher next yr.

Yes, u r able to enter the school during the 1st 2 or 3 days but only at the canteen. Dun worry too much, there is a buddy system that upper pri kids will guide them during recess time.

Does anyone know what is the class size from P3-6? Is it still 30 or more? Also, do they remain in the same class for P3 and P4, or wld they shuffle again after P3? TIA.

DS2 in P4 tis yr. If not wrong, P1 & P2 will be same class. From P3 , class size around 40 (DS2 class size tis yr is 42) ; better students will be in top 3 classes & the rest of the classes will be mixture.

Anyone has send their child to Chinese enrichment(conducted by Xue Er You) & English, Maths, Science enrichment(conducted by Edu-Cove) on Sat in Kong Hwa?
These external vendors have been invited by the Alumni Board to conduct enrichment courses for Kong Hwa students. Greatly appreciate feedback please. Thanks

Hi Shan, two parents told me that e class size is huge for Chinese class. I didn’t enquire e other subjects classes. I suggest that you call the person in charge to check out e max no. of students per class before deciding.


For p3 & p4, there r 42 students in e top 2 classes.

The Chinese enrichment class size (学而优) is reasonable. Max is 20.
