Hi, may I ask how if my parents stay within 1km of the school of choice, can I apply for my child to register for P1 using my parents status as her guardian? What is the criteria? Tks.

This is rather confusing as I know of some cases of successful candidates having gotten their kids in the desired school based on distance (renting house) thru the balloting exercise of phase 2C and then move out immediately even before school even starts!

You should lodge a complaint with MOE to have justice served!
