I have survived without a maid for nearly 11 months. I have one toddler, one 3 year old gal and currently awaiting for the arrival of No.3 due in December.

I used to have a maid who often showed black face to me every now and then but not to my husband. When she finally showed her black face to my husband, she was sent back for holiday without a return ticket.

It happened on the day she was going back to PH for her 10 days holiday. Too bad, she showed her attitude and she got the boot.

my maid just left on friday. i paid her salary for full mths (she worked for 3 wks), gave her a handbag, brought her to ramen lunch.
guess wat, i sms on sat to ask is everything ok, she nvr reply me.
sigh, such ungrateful fellow.

May be the new employer keeps her hp ? Give her the benefit of the doubt.

my dh say the new plc must be no gd, that’s why take so long to reply…
otherwise she will straightaway say good. wont take so long to reply cos she chks her hp every now and then even during the day when i am around, even
using facebk…during the pockets of time after major tasks are done…
welll, angmoh is not so easy to serve too. they are not asians, they may not be bothered wf taking care of their maids… its a different culture

Actually it’s quite true, I heard alot of cases where the maid only give black face to the wife and not to husband. I wonder why?
