ya the shoes are cheaper but hor i did ask for extra shoe laces and the 2 shoe laces cost $2.50. The lady told me if i get the shoes , the shoe laces cheaper and inclusive inside the price of $15.50. Think must have the shoe laces with the school name, shoes no need to be from school as long as it is black and have nan chiau shoe laces.

No booklist yet but if you refer to the page 2 of the letters we receive, telling us our children need to bring what books to school on the first day of school next year, dunno that is considered book list or not

If I am not wrong, the bookshop should have the booklist. Can call to check with the bookshop. Their phone no. is on the letter they sent us.

The fact is last yr's top 3 in P1 standard r from F & H class (twins) & 2 of these 3 will b attending this fri's award ceremony again.

I chked with the school just now. The admin mgr says this year is picked randomly. The assessment will Only be held end of 2012. Though I dunno how true or like what sc88 says. He say those in 1A may not be the best…

For DS' 2010 batch, all those taking non-Chinese for mother tongue r grouped into A class (&B? That, I'm not so sure) to facilitate time-table & logistics of spilting the class for mother-tongue lessons. The rest of the classes r student taking Chinese.

For DS' class, the ratio of boys & gals is also quite balanced at 8:7 & their birthdays r all over the years.

Btw, assessment end of 2012? I tot streaming shld b after end of P2?
