          Workingmom,

I would like to share with you something that i learnt as a P5 parent

My 2-cent worth of thoughts.. My personal view.
          Dear lionheart,
I'm more interested to know his behaviour progress - whether he pays attention in class, if he helps his teachers or peers, if he gets along well with others, etc. I want to be filled in the areas when and where i am absent. Regarding academic progress, I know from the assignments he brings back.

Isn't it too late to learn the bad habits picked up by a child at the end of the term? Hence keep regular contact with His form Teacher. Also support the school by volunteering or be present in major school event. This is to impress into your child that you care about his education, ESP character education. Also teachers usually feel more comfortable to share their honest progress of your child if a parent is active volunteering in supporting the school activity. As i see it, no doubt it is time consuming, these steps are far better than a 10 mins PTM session.

No Change. This had been discussed when we moved to the current new campus in 2009.

Only white shoe. (1) black shoe is not suitable for indoor sport hall. (2) try to match it with uniform, white is still better (3) a matter of discipline and hygiene consideration.

I know it's good for discipline but so wish that will go with the other colour :rotflmao:

i think as hws parents, we ARE part of psg. Just that if you want to join their committee or be rep or what, lionheart should be able to help.

On top of that, during orientation, parents may be given a survey form of sorts, can indicate there if they want to join the psg in planning/executing activities.
