14 with 4A*
13 with 3A*
EL - 25 A*
SC - 27 A*
MA - 36 A*
Class average is 258.
The lowest record of Rulang express class is 253, the class average is 264. This year's National high is from this class. -

Heard the lowest or Rulang express class is 253, the class average is 264. This year's National high is from this class.
Also, RGPS has 2 HA classes. If we combine the two classes' results, it may jolly well be much higher. Nevertheless, the girls have done well, both mainstream and GEP. The Staff, especially the teachers, and the girls all deserve many many pats on their backs!

this year RGPS top scholar is Hannah Tan (Chinese) from GEP class - 6P, 281.
St Hilda's top scholar is Natalia (Malay) - also from GEP, 280.

MummyStay, is your dd one of the top scorers too?

She is not among top 13 in school which is 271 and above. She got 26x with 4 A*.
Don't know her ranking but we are happy with her results.
RGS, here we come! Together with at least half of DD's classmates!
A question that maybe you can help us with: still considering 3rd language. DS also did not take 3rd lang although he was eligible then . We are afraid she may not be able to cope. Your DD takes 3rd lang? Got problem coping? Thanks. -

Those are good results! Congrats!jtoh:

3rd lang is once a week, with bus transport provided (nominal bus fees). It's alright in Year 1, but quite a few people drop it in the middle of the year and at the end of Year 1. Those who continue with it are usually the ones who are scoring well in it, bec you can use the grade to substitute for one of your weaker grades in the calculation of GPA. If you want more details with regard to calculation of GPA I can PM you. Too much trouble to write it out now. -

:thankyou: for both your well-wishes and information. If it is not too much trouble and when you are free, do please PM me the calculations. Thanks again and you are such a gem!
