DD got 247. Trying to appeal to scgs. But agonizing over the 2nd choice cause wthat will prob be a more confirm place. Nan hua or bukit panjang govt ?
DD prefer Nan Hua cause the classrooms are air conditioned, their CCA. I like bpgh because it s like only 1/2 hour from where we stay compared to Nan hua that will prob takes 1 hour including walking (15mins). Am concern with the Chinese environment cause dd is not really strong in her Chinese but she said she s ready for this challenge and think that it will help to improve and maybe stir her interest in the language.
But putting the 2 on the table , which school is a better choice cause their cop are the same ?

You might want to consider River Valley or Dunman High. They are both IP and your t-score is possible.hi im a girl and this year pale result got 258. HMT got merit. I noe i cun use the bonus points. what school do u think i should put for my 6 choices? i don't think i can get into NYGH or RGS, but is NJC good?? 1st-NJC/RGS
2nd-Cedar IP
3rd-cedar o level
4th- SCGS
5th- st.nicks
6th- ??

For their GCE O level results, Bukit Panjang Govt has Band 1 while Nan Hua has Band 2. Another advantage is that bpgh is nearer to your home. So it seems like a better choice.DD got 247. We are appealing becos of ds's WL fr DSA and he is in GEP. Since we have gone so in the dsa journey just want to complete the last possible step. We are thinking of doing so for NUSH and NJC too. Jusst want to have closure for the near 5 months of DSA process.

My DS was on RI WL via DSA. Fortunately it got converted to CO. So I can perfectly understand the agonizing process and wait you are going through. I would do the same if I were you. -

If you are really small built, I would recommend that you go buy rgs uniform early, as when my dd bought previously, the smallest size couldn't fit her and we had to send for alterations.
I think with 265 rgs should be a sure in! Congrats! -
Anyone knows why not the full range of 3rd lang is offered to some pupils? My ds has only, Msp, Arabic and Indonesian under the choices offered. None from the 03 category.
