Utterly Disappointed with myself…I Scored 243+2…

My DS got three A*, but got only A in MT and ended up with 255.
Looks like most kids have done well in MT this year? -

The MT mean for PSLE is always high for all these yrs, not only this yr,My DS got three A*, but got only A in MT and ended up with 255.

that explains why it has a higher impact on the overall T-score. -

Could also possibly be due to A* at the lower end. -

Hi, can anyone advise me if my child is around 90 marks in English, Math & Science but only 80 marks for Chinese. Will this greatly affect the T -Score in the end ? Because I believe more than 50% of the kids will scored well for MT. Thanks.
The mark you stated is school prelim?
and what's the PSLE score? -

Hi,kiasooLaupa. My DD still in P5 this year. just being kiasu, asking bcos I worried that the chinese will pull down the marks badly next year.shurley197323:

I see.base on the mark you're given shd be 250-260 in PSLE.
but all depends on your kid whether he/she can act normally on the exam day :imcool:
some student do better in PSLE asp. boy compare to their school prelim.
my DD PSLE drops 15 points from school prelim in 2009 but my DS do better in 2011 PSLE :boogie: -
Ok. Thanks kiasoolaupa.

Some school’s standard are lower than PSLE.

For this year 2011, roughly what should be the max and min t score for 2A* and 2A ?
