Yes, IP is only for good, good, good schools only
Some only have IP, like RI and HCI, some have dual track, meaning IP and O levels. -

If fail A levels, then like what happens to students who fail lor, either repeat in school or retake as pte candidate.
I must kaypo a bit in the IP thread, what's the purpose of IP? -

I feel the pool of JCs is shrinking because for IP it's straight to JC. Will decide 4 yrs later in 2015. -
