Do u ladies hv any kindle ? Some of the books are very hot in the library .

In case you do, and wld like to buy from Amazon, pls let me know… perhaps we can share resources so that we will not burn too big a hole in our pockets?
But hv to admit that reading from physical books is definitely more enjoyable, esply some of them do hv pictures … which you won’t hv them from ebooks…

I incline to go for \"hardcopy\" if available, don't wish my already bespectacled dd to further increase power to her lens.

            :hi5: 711mum,
Am doing the search from the NLB search to see if those books are available 😉 If not, gonna make reservation for them.

Thank you once again, Mummy Just4fun! Appreciates very much the list! :snuggles: :hugs:

Yeap.. physical copy is always better. But very difficult to get fr library.. Champ, it will cost you a bomb if u are going to reserve every one ! ...

BTW, Andrew Clements, Frindle is a nice book to read.. DS enjoys this author.

I know.. there are simply too many threads around , and it is impossible, at least for me, to read / participate at all the threads..
But somehow, I feel more \"homely\" over here ...maybe with kids of the same age, we can \"speak\" the same language here ... BTW. many thanks to Champ for creating this thread.

Also, dear mummies, in case u hv find some good lobangs from other threads, related to our children, pls do share here .... so that I will not miss it !!
                  Hee Hee...and TIA !!!

when your kids finished reading, can share which are the interesting ones? heehee...some titles sounds quite 'serious'. 😓
i personally do not like BFG. i cannot get past the grammar mistakes made by the giant. 😓
