For me, as long as my child is enjoying the class and what she does in class, it is alright for me. There were some good art pieces that she has produced in class and some not so good ones… I am not too concerned. If she has the time for the class, we will continue to let her go.

For info, it is possible for NAFA to promote children faster than their peers (mine is one year ahead and she isn’t the only one). Maybe can check with NAFA if interested.

I am interested in sending DS to nafa for art lessons. H/e, when I checked the website and called up the personnel, it seems that those not on the mailing list will not be invited to register. Does anyone have any advice for someone like me? Please pm me…thanks much

If this is for this year's registration for next year's classes, you are probably too late to be on their mailing list. Why not try for the following year instead, i.e. put yourself on the mailing list for next year's registration for 2013 classes. One year should not make too much difference.

Today i received the letter from NAFA for 2012 registration and I am still contemplating to sign up.

I intend to sign up for NAFA kinderarts which involved basic art activities such as drawing, painting and simple 3d art making.

Any mummies whose child went to NAFA can share what are your thoughts? Is it worthwhile? Or any other art centres can also deliever the same exposure as NAFA?

Btw my DS1 loves art ALOT. He was so dsappointed that kinderarts was closed for good and since then he always nagged at us for not having art classes.

My gal has been in NAFA for 2 yrs (elementary). That yr when I registered, I was there at ard 6am cos my gal’s K2 graduation ceremony happened to be at 10am on the same morning. (I wanted to complete the registration as soon as possible) There were already abt 5 ppl infront of me. Then as the time passes more came. So by 9am, before the reg starts, i think there were least 100 ppl in the queue. If u are flexible with any time slots, i guess there’s no need to queue in the wee hours.

Today the queue started forming at 2am.

We reached about 530am and there was already about 40-50 pp ahead of us.
