      Kissgurami:
does the class size go up to 40 in upper levels? is it because they have been streamed so they feel that the cohort are of a same level so easier to teach?

not sure of the rationale, but class size will increase to 40 in upper levels, can't remember which level. But in DD1's school, not sure if this is done throughout, the foundation class size is smaller, the school has 2 foundation classes, it's like 20 or so per class if I remembered correctly.

Remembered you mentioned that they took a test during orientation and special arrangements will be made for those who did very well.

Then your DD1 will progress by leaps and bounds, having 2 classes ๐Ÿ˜‰

Forgot to mention, did anyone read the Lifestyle section today? They were talking about mums resigning for kids psle. The part which I noticed was the lack of coverage on the top student. the coverage was more on Leia one of the top 5 students.

I think the top student's mother is a SAHM who was a lawyer?

I don't think mothers should resign just for PSLE lah. As long as there's someone who's a positive influence on the child and able to guide the child during P5-P6 period.

It will be a diff story if the story is about 90% of students who score 250 and above have mothers who are SAHMs  :rotflmao:
