Hi mommies I am sure you would have received the email about making decorations for CNY? Can anyone tell me where to buy ang pows? I do not have enough of the same design to make anything! I believe Chinatown would be the best place but does anyone know where exactly?

Near Bukit Batok East market, there is a temporary shops/market selling new year goodies every Sat morning.

Or you can go to a small book shop (2 shops away from Guardian) near Bukit Batok East Cc. It will have ang pau, the beads, red strings... all the necessary items for decorating a lantern!!

Just to check with all the experienced mommies - how many pairs of uniform is enough? I bought 3 sets of uniform + 2 sets of sportswear. I checked with the teacher how often do they need to wear exercise gear, they never give me an answer, just said wait for the timetable. I thought I wanted to be prepared and not last minute realized not enough uniform to wear

This yr, DS P1 has 3 days of PE attire and 2 days of uniform. 3 sets of PE attire better.( PALS, PE and Fitt).
If too many ,can wear at P2 ,too. Don’t think they grow much. HTH

Hi, which class is your kid in? My boy is in Compassion. The recess time is 10am, and I think parents are only allowed to be in school for the first day.
