      registering in 2013

Registering in 2013 - so you are still eligible to apply for PV.

If you are looking at academic results, Radin Mas Pri is the popular choice.

If you are looking at character development, you may like to consider Zhangde.

That was why I asked you for the criteria. \"Better\" as in academic results or other aspects?

Thanks for your prompt reply. My intuition tell me Radin Mas Primary is quite a good choice. šŸ˜„

        Hi aloius,

For P2C, Radin Mas is balloting within 1km (correct me if im wrong)
So u may want to consider other choice as u stay within 2km.

          Mummy of 3,

He is registering in 2013, so he needs to check with the school whether application for PV has closed. If he is in time for PV, his child will have a higher chance of getting into the school.

But, mummy of 3, thanks for highlighting this point. Maybe my earlier post wasn't clear.

Alouis, if you are in time for PV, you will still have a chance at RMPS and Zhangde. However, if you do not want to go through PV, meaning you will be in P2C, you may forget about RMPS. Given the distance you are in, your child will not even have the chance to participate in the balloting for RMPS in P2C. As for Zhangde, there is still a possibility. Bearing in mind the developments around Zhangde, don't be surprise if the school will not have any places for those staying beyond 1 km.

I'm hoping to get my son into RMPS (less then 2km)...but in the event if he can't get in coz we have no backing, it would probably be Gan Eng Seng (less than 1km).

I know RMPS has good reviews but can anyone give me comments abt Gan Eng Seng? :scratchhead:

RMPS looking at any angle is a performanced based school. There is no questions about it. This school is the 冲冲冲 type.

I would prefer CHIJ (Kellock) as now we are busy struggling
