they will enjoy and without knowing it, they are learning at the same time šŸ™‚ from my recent HK trip, my boy will tell me that he and jie jie bath in the bathtub when we read books with bathtub picture, as i let the two play in hotel bathtub and he remember princess, mickey mouse from disneyland..so, bring them out more, which is good, staying at home tend to let them watch tV, so outdoor is very good for them actually..im going to bird park this weekends, finger crosss no rain !

:? SAHM TAN, we went to park, playground very often. But dunno whether 1+ year old can appreciate tourist attraction or not :?

We went to Singapore Flyer and bb was very happy to walk about in the capsule and pointing out stuff to me. She even squat down so that she can look down from the capsule better šŸ˜‚ Don't think she was afraid of heights heehee. Think the higher we were, the happier she was heehee. My DD1 was very scared and DS was like bb.

but each child is different. My older kids also do not always follow the milestones stated in the health booklet.

But since your doc gave you the referral, then just let KKH PD check it out.

                    Don't worry too much. :hugs:

Did your doc check the hearing?

That doc we see is not local ... He didn't check hearing all he do is stare onto the health booklet n say better refer to kk :scratchhead: think tat doc is the 'tai chi' doc (save his ass just refer to other doc)

Hi puff, that doc is not professional enough. My nieces and nephews dont really talk till 3 yo until they attended preschool. Doc also never refer them to specialist. Normally, bb that talks less is more observance of surrounding.

Therapist diagnose her as the third percentile in language Comprehension and articulation of speech. That puts her at least 12 month behind those of her age. I did not even start her therapy as the best date they gave me is 6 months later. Thought of upgrading to private clinic but no time as doing Confinement then. Without any professional help, She turned out fine now she's going to K2. I realized now that she can talk well, she is more on the quiet side and maybe her personality plays a part.
