Hi,

Anyone know normally untill when will the Sec 1 pupil know about which CCA he has been assigned to?

        almost end of Feb

you will receive the schedule for the CCA trail on registration day and work from there, attending the exhibition, going for compulsory trials for sports core CCA, then submitting the choices of CCA by internet ......

thanks! for non-sports CCAs, are musical CCAs the only core CCAs which have sessions on Saturdays? how about raffles player? TIA.
Not all musical CCAs have Saturday sessions. In fact, correct me if wrong, but Choir is the only Music CCA that has a Saturday session. I do think that detailed information is under the CCA section on the school website.

Raffles Players does not have Saturday sessions. However, they have Tuesday/Thursday sessions if I recall correctly.

          Hi justmewayne,

Is it possible for you to share with us what you did during the gap year in year 4 and what other options do year4s have? Thanks.

Hi MandyMummy, my batch did not go through the gap semester. However, my juniors (Year 4s next year) will be experiencing it next year. From what I have heard, they will either have Overseas Immersion Programme, Work Exposure, or a modified Differentiated Modules Programme.

Yes walked to gate 1 also to show my ds ..... šŸ˜„
I assume you are referring to the gate at the bus stop that serves buses 156, 13, 57, 59, etc? Your son will be able to enter outside of the 5.45 - 7.45 timeslot with a registered EZ-Link card (notice the card scanner located at the right side of the gate). By the first 2 weeks of January your son's card should be registered and he'll have access.

Besides, if your son is exiting school, it's always open from the inside.

Also, it's good that you're letting your son be independent and take public transport. šŸ™‚
