Not true. In year 1, they will put only those that are weak in the PSLE result in sports class. I know of sport-DSAed student with high 24x going to normal year 1 class. In RI, there are no O level class. If your result is not good, you have to transfer to another sec. School to take O level. I know a few Year 3 students who have done so. -

yes those IP schools who are also independent school has 100% discretion on admission policy - NUSH opted for 100% via DSA while the other 4 -- RIRGSHCINYGH opted for 50% DSA and 50% S1 posting, NJC though is IP but is not IS so its admission policy must follow MOE guideline
