I guess the school side will start reading the appealing form on 22/12/2011....wonder will we receive call from them on that particular day???
I believe they already ranked the kids to call if appeals are allowed this year. If same as previous years, the calls may come in afternoon till evening.

How about 3rd language selection? My DS already got into a school via DSA, so not so excited like some of you. I understand how everyone feel, just like I am waiting for DS’s DSA result via the snail mail. Everyday, I stood next to the letter box to wait for the postman, until I received the letters from various schools. Every letter I opened was a like a hammer strike to the heart. Well, it is over now…

Will I know which 3rd language my DS is selected via SMS as I have submitted the S1 form for 3rd language selection only?

            Anyone old bird can advise?

Think should also be receiving the 3rd language notification thru' SMS as well (for those already DSAed) since the contact number was provided in the submission. Regards.

Put your handphone next to you when you :snooze: . The moment you hear the SMS alert, that's it!!! Hopefully no prank sms for the nite else you will wake up many times 😉

Especially if there is a 'scary erhu music.. '.. 😂

                :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

vlim, you've very good imagination.[/quote]What kind of erhu music is considered *scary*? LOL. I often get woken up during the holidays or weekends with either of my boys practising, and one of them is erhu. Quite an \"occupational\" hazard for me, bc on the days he's not practising, I might even dream about it!!!!!! *urgh*. You know how \"practising\" is never as nice to hear as what you see in a performance, yah? All those repetitions, etc, etc.

Inspite of your saying \"practising\" is never as nice , you have kids who are so dediated to music. To wake up early(without being woken up) on a holiday/weekend and practise music first thing in the morning is simply :udaman:
                    Wow! Wow! Wow!

P.S: I don't know what ehru music sounds like scary or otherwise. I'm a complete music dummy. :imconstipated:

They do that so that they can just hang loose for the rest of the day! haha. Play computer games/electronic games, chill in front of TV...

Not much practising these 2 weeks bc they all taking a break. *whew*. If anyone wants *scary* erhu music, I send you out-of-tune and out-of-rhythm ones, lah.

I got into RGS thru DSA and recently they sent me this letter about the RSP. Just curious, anyone else who didn't get in thru DSA but got this letter? Or did they only send this letter to pupils who got in thru DSA? Thanks!

People who didn't DSA in don't know they got into RGS yet so how can letters be sent out? Anyway RSP is open to anyone who wants to apply for it. Think there might be a selection process though.
