I have used this feedback before but no use leh... they just say they will look into it... ( complaint about the driver talking to his \"girlfriend\" non-stop from yishun to tampines, sharp turn also.... )...dun want to let the drive lose the job but i think it is the co that should give proper training or somesort... to resolve the problem meh.... :?
