does the MOE official COP include HCL bonus?

Yes so eg NYGH 262 translates to a girl getting 259+3 also can get in. Seems that 262 flat could rank above 261+1 which ranks above 260+2 which in turn ranks above 259+3... Not very sure if this is true. So whether NYGH cuts at which 262 we would not know unless some parent share eg 259+3 didn't get in. You would also know there are 4-6 decimal places after every PSLE score.

But it does not mean all students with 262 (be it 260+2 or 262 or 261+1 or 259+3) can all get in NYGH.

Called MOE hotline. Last student admitted to VS IP has a T-score of 255. And VS O Level is 247.
