Bc it does not seem quite so logical that there are more IP places this year but the COPs of top schools have instead gone up. At school today(not IP though), I saw that the number of students in the list total 330. The school has always had a maximum capacity of around 400. . could the school have purposely restricted number of students so that their COP wouldn't go down?

Like NJC too...they reduced their DSA intake, but their COP went up. I wonder what is their intake size as of S1 reporting day today (including DSA).

i think for your ds school, they may be bringing in foreign students later. Schools usually have a certian quota for foreign students.

We didn't have to submit any forms today cuz the deadlines say 'on 3 Jan', not by 3 Jan, right?. The only forms to be submitted is the registration for 3rd lang or special lang which I did not let ds take.

For HMT, if he's not taking, he doesn't need to submit right? Their registration today - my ds juz signed his name and collect the file and books, attended the briefing.

BTW, PE shorts ('s' size out of stock). Next week got to go down n buy again.

You are probably referring to NJC? Yes maybe - for Year 3 intake. But I'm talking about CHS. Foreign student intake not that high. Furthermore, not IP. Strange that they would have 70 places not taken up . but if they did, I think their COP would go down. Actually so would NJC's COP go down if they take in more students, I think. But I don't know the numbers since I'm not there this morning to see the student list on the board.

No, I dare not let him take 3rd lang cuz I'm scared he can't cope. :nailbite: He's not even taking HMT (chinese is his weakest). Just the usual subjects will do. Did you manage to get the pe attire today? Or you've already got them earlier?
