I kept hearing from my colleagues about HCP...wondering what so good about the pan and wow total 76 pages to read thru?!!!!!!

Any kind soul can help advise what is so great abt this Pan?? And just saw from singaporemotherhood oversea spree selling $55 for 275mm x 245mm x 55mm....not sure if old version (handle w/o hole) or new.

:yikes: $55, good buy coz I got mine last week from G market for $62!

EatNonStop, can cook the food faster as it is a pressure pan. I even bake my cupcakes in it within 10-15 mins. Someone tried making pineapple tarts too... hence can save from using oven for baking at times.

U can get from GMarket here @$62.90 before applying the $10 Passioncard disocunt, after which is only $52.90: http://list.gmarket.com.sg/gmkt.inc/Goods/Goods.aspx?goodscode=404162282&jaehuid=200004249 Plus point still got free gifts too. Even the Orcher deeper pan cost only $58.90 after $10 discount.

711mum, how come u didn't get the $10 discount voucher?

I am very confused by the real vs fake pan issue.

The $52.90 from gmarket, is that the β€˜real’ pan from Korea ?

The pan is coated with non-stick coating meaning not suitable for high-heat cooking, is that right ?

            Thanks in advance.

Coating is FINE with high temp. But as body is made of Al, which conduct heat fast, a too high temp will over expand the body of the pan, and cause extra space between the rubber sealer, and lead to leakage when flip... So too high temp is not recommended.
