The T-scores has decimal points behind. The last position in RV was taken up by another person with a higher decimal point. Thus your cousin can't get in. Appealing has a very high chance. Usually after S1 posting, 1-2 student can get in with 1 point lower than COP. -
But, paris552388, is the choice of school going to affect my appeal?

It depends. Some schools only consider those that put them as 1st choice. -
Has anybody taken a peep at the sec 1 list during registration day? Is RV enrolment still 400 and the boy girl ratio still 2:1 or there is slightly increase of boys this year?

There are still more gals than boys this year. Btw I did not see the total enrollment though.

Has anyone heard of any successful appeal cases?

Y3 class allocation is out. Son is happy to be in the same class as some of his P6 and Y2 classmates. He is busy "analysing" the cohort list and counting the number of students in his class.
