Hi red rose,Hi Turquoise,
My child is from one of the schools in Bukit Timah.
I understand your desire to keep your daughter's school confidential.
btw, how did she find the PSLE exams?

Hi Turquoise,
Thanks for being so understanding. :hugs: (I love the emoticons!)
My daughter found the languages generally OK, although she did mention that the CL comprehension had an unusually high number (about 3-4) of inferential Qs compared to last year, whereby all the answers could be literally lifted wholesale from the passages.
Maths was tougher than expected, but still manageable. Made 1 mistake so far. Hopefully no careless mistakes elsewhere.
Science was challenging (as expected) as there were a fair number of creative and 'never-seen-before' types of Qs which required a lot of thinking. Managed to finish only in the nick of time as each OE Q was further broken down into another 2-3 parts! So cruel !!!
Anyway, just glad that she has DSA to back her up. -

Sounds like she did just fine.

And yes, we are all thankful for DSA.

To all parents of RGPS gals,
SA2 has commenced. All the best!

P.S., this time round, been busy with high season at work so poor little babe's at the receiving end of it all. Her week off was sooo crammed with last minute stuff
- all lazy mummy's fault!
Anyway, cest la-vie! So long as she enjoys the school experience. -
Andaiz:
Just curious. Do the GEP students from P4-P6 in RGPS have to sit for 2 exam (the GEP paper and the school SA paper)? If they do then it would really stressful for them.To all parents of RGPS gals,

No. All GEP students sit for the centralized GEP exams conducted by the GEP branch from P4-P6. The only mainstream paper they sit for is the Prelim paper in P6.
