Hi all…i bought mine from the seller Spring Day…has anyone bought from him b4? Delivery super long though…i ordered mine on the 16th of Dec…Yet to receive it to date…But the tracking # states that its in sg already…hopefully the wait is worth it…

I had ordered ocher pan and it out for delivery. Do they call before reaching as there might not be any one at home. Ocher Pan has same functions as happycall right? frying fish, baking etc not an issue?

Ok…my HPC has arrived!Woohoo!!! Everything looked fine and I did the leak test…no leak either…but my first experiments with it went bad…heeheh…my steak turned out tough and i managed to burn my bullseye egg…and yes…it did stick to the pan…anyone encountered such things with fried egg? Maybe its just me…


Is it necessary to grease the pan when cooking?

The Jumbo pan weighs 1.9kg compare to Std that is 1.6kg. Not sure about you, but with content inside, it is just manageable for small size mummy like me to handle the flipping part with std HCP, I think I will have problem with the Jumbo one, just my experience only.

That's very fast for your delivery. U should have it delivered to you soon usually within 3 days since it is out for delivery.

Under HappyCall Pans they have - thin pan, basic pan, Ocher deeper Pan, deeper pan (red colour), Ocher Jumbo grill pan and Jumbo Pressure Pan.

Ocher deeper pan is not that heavy, manageable about 1.5kg there.

Before use need to wash, grease it and heat it.
Depend on the food cook will produce natural oil or not. For me when I fry egg, i did not oil it. I think u need to learn to control the fire for ur steak cooking.
