my BIL ferried 3 kids to class without using seat belts or booster seats & was... sway.... fined $120 & demerit 3 points. the officer told him by right shd fined $360 for 3 kids but on acct his 1st offence, only issued a fine for $120 instead... but already

is this the booster seat / car seats our TP is referring to? i still hv the car seat which my DD used to sit on while travelling but if the booster seat is neccessary for my DS, i wld hv to buy it for him..

I think in the case you described, is considered overloading, which is also against the traffic rules.

We have 4 boosters, 2 in each car. And DD coming 9yrs old is still using the booster. I have always believed in height not age being the determining factor of when a child can be off boosters.
