      Hello,

I’m new to this particular thread.

My son’s been accepted to St Anthony for P1 in 2010 too. As for school bus, the office was helpful enough to provide me a number to the bus company and I managed to get an idea of how long the journey is despite the bus not making a stop at my place this year.

I hear that PE sessions are 3 times a week… that would make my son very happy. Not sure if that’s the norms for primary school these days…

      .ky.

            Hi all,

Anyone sending their kids to BASC or can recommend a good one near SAPS? I heard there is one right opposite SAPS. Is it good?

            Thanks! 🙂

              hi stevensim,

my p1 dd is at BASC opp SAPS. is it the one at blk 340 (i think)?

teachers very friendly. they will bring p1/p2 students to the school. save on the transport.

i just registered my next yr p1 ds to the same BASC.

May I know what is the usual timetable for Primary 1 school kids? Like what time do they start in the morning? What time do they finish from school? Is SAPS a full day school or by am session or pm session? How about the CCAs - how many times do they attend that and what time usually is it? First timer local school kid’s parent.

Much time constrained parent and confused,

I thought the St Anthony Primary School is for girls only. Is it a mixed gender school? I just read someone post that her/his son got in at SAPS.

                    Hi,

                    1) It is a mixed school.
                    2) P1 and P2 are afternoon sessions. P3-6 are morning ones.

Btw, seems like orientation for P1 has been changed from 19 Nov (indicated to me when I registered my daughter) to 18 Nov (just received the letter)…

                    Thanks.

Thanks for the clarification. I believe I got the wrong school. I got mixed up with St Anthony's Canossian Primary School (girls school only) to St Anthony Primary (mixed school).

Yep, was changed from 19 Nov to 18 Nov.
Will have to amend my leave then.
