      Hi phankao

Thanks for the slides, serve as a good reminder to me.

When the students put on their PE attire, do they have to tuck-in the PE shirt?

        Thanks for the slides phankao.

Btw. Isn’t going home at 5.30pm a bit too late? LOL. I haven’t been dismissed at such a late time before.

Hmm... for everyday, maybe lah. But my boy has been used to CCA ending at 5pm 2x-3x/week while in primary school already, so not so unusual. Plus supplementary classes also ended at 4.30pm 2x/week.

Anyone and anyone’s DS here already Sec 3?

Sec 2 form teacher same as Sec 1 or different?

Is the Sec 2 School / Class Camp compulsory?

How Sec 2 Students are allocated to Sec 3 Classes?

How to select Sec 3 subjects?

Not phone, lah. No phone can beat an actual camera, I'd think. I was sitting near the back. I used my small compact camera only, but it has superzoom to take photo of the slides since I couldn't see clearly. My \"old flower eyes\" not dependable. haha.

JonC: Sec 1 and 2 form/co-form teachers remain the same.

Sec 2 Adventure Camp is strictly speaking, compulsory. However, students can be excused on grounds of medical reasons. I’m not sure of parent’s letter works.

Sec 3 class allocation is based on Science and Humanities subjects. For example, triple Science students taking Pure History are in separate classes from triple Science students taking Pure Geography. In similar fashion, double Science students taking Pure History are in separate classes from triple Science students taking Pure Geography.

I recommend choosing Sec 3 subjects based on interest. The cliché saying is that you can only succeed if you love what you’re doing. Sec 1 and 2 is a time where you gauge your standards for the varied subjects and see what truly interests you before you make the all-important decision.

Didn't know you put flower into you eyes !!! 😂

Thought 老花眼 is cannot see near and far is ok, at least for me is like that. Before I used to have perfect eyesight until 老花眼 sets in pretty early in late 30s.

JonC: Yup, most of the triple Science students have such a combination.
