I love my HCPs! I have the standard and ocher pan.

Had not been checking into KSP for some time due to my confinement and life was quite chaotic with a newborn, an active 4yo and a new tuition centre.

I’m so happy to see this thread!

Red pans are with 3 layers of coatings : Ceratinium Coating (Ceramic & Titanium Coating) for low nutrient lose cooking & shorten cooking time, more resistant to abrasion & corrosion coating); while the
Ocher deeper Pan with 5 layers of coating: Coated with 5 Layer of Ceratinium (Ocher Deeper only) plus Ocher (Loess) which is for better food tasting, health and stronger prevention of abrasion.

the heating is uneven. one side can get burnt while the other side is just nicely cooked.

The brown ones are the 75mm deep pans. Good for veggie stir fry and cakes. They aren't the latest pans. The red ones are the 50mm pans. Good for roast chicken and beefsteak.

Thanks for updating! I thought they were the latest ones because that's what stated in LotteMart (Korea). Sorry about that!

A friend of mine tried to get the HPC from you. She was told that one could not check the pan before paying because the box is sealed. When I bought mine from Lotte Mart, there was no sealed box, and it is strange that one is still not allowed to inspect the pan before purchase even though it is self-collect.

She was also told that you have a partner in Korea about to send over 30 pans sourced from Lotte Mart again. So now... I am confused. I thought you went to Korea on holiday and brought back 10... so now you have a business and a partner? If this is so, then you should be posting in another section of this forum designated for merchants, no?

Also, if you're buying in bulk of 30 to 40 pans at a time, doesn't it make sense to buy from HPC direct than source from Lotte Mart?

              :?

I think one got the right to inspect the pan on the spot before purchase. Even purchase via GMarket, if the item is faulty we still get our item replaced or refund.

Just on my findings on the GMarket, BizJ no longer give out 2 sealers as free gifts. Instead http://list.gmarket.com.sg/gmkt.inc/Goods/Goods.aspx?goodscode=404253124&jaehuid=200007550 and http://list.gmarket.com.sg/gmkt.inc/Goods/Goods.aspx?goodscode=404983180&jaehuid=200007550 store do give out 2 sealers.

Remember to get http://www.gmarket.com.sg/passioncard?jaehuid=200006470, u can have the Ocher deeper pan @ only $59.90, which I think is really a good deal, this promotion with passioncard last until end of this month only.

What did u cook that get burnt the other side? Thought u suppose to flip the food accordingly while cooking.
I used it to cook my rice in it for 1A1C also, quite fast the rice was cook as compared to using the rice cooker plus waste of electricity.

Cos the price at Gmarket is 60plus, not much difference if buy direct from Korea? With discount, shld be abt 50plus fr GMarket which may not b worth if I lug 1 back from Korea? :?
