There’s a section in Iluma which has a collection of ramen stalls straight from Japan. The whole section sells nothing but ramen. My understanding is that the stalls are here only for a limited period. There’s a competition going on where the stall with the most votes gets to open a restaurant here.


Worth a go if you like ramen.

About $13 to $15.
You can buy the smaller version for about half the price.
Mainly ramen as this is a competition, but there are side dishes eg gyoza, fried rice, other types of rice dishes, etc. The side dishes vary with each store.

After you mentioned, I google searched this restaurant and found out that the popular dish at this place would be the pork cheek ramen.
Sounds delicious, will go and try it.

Are they cook by Jap chef or by the trained local chef now?

Ramen champion @ iluma cooked by Japanese chef but server is local; airport one all Japanese, so the service is excellent. They will bow and thank you when u collect the food!
