Just called up LSH hotline. I was told that Patricia is the Center Director, she will manage operation and the principal will be reporting to her. Principal has not found yet. During the school renovation, the kids will be transfered to My First Skool at Clementi which is not in operation yet. My First Skool at Clementi will start operation after LSH@KV goes back to their own premises.
The current capacity is 287 kids, after renovation, the capacity will be either slightly go up or down. They will make the class room slightly smaller as to accomodate current \"not proper\" classroom in the middle of ABC circle.
For fee revision, the current lease with NUS is 3 years, so within 3 years there won't be any fee revision. :celebrate: -

We’ll make appointment with Ms Joanne next monday and talk about the curriculum. And see how its goes. If we still prefer LSH curriulum than maybe we’ll put him at the Ulu Pandan centre.

Hi QMS, where you got the info on $100 voucher? It was not mentioned yesterday. :?In addition to the free set of uniform (PE), they will give existing LV@NUS parents $100 worth of enrichment program vouchers, perhaps to placate parents for their refusal to waive the registration fee.

Did they say this explicitly, or was it implied? There is a difference between \"current lease with NUS is 3 years\" and no fee revision within 3 years.For fee revision, the current lease with NUS is 3 years, so within 3 years there won't be any fee revision. :celebrate:

My Husband is interested in the added progremme call International Baccalaureate Programme :
The IB Curriculum Framework that LSH is adopting is called The Primary Years Programme. It is developed for pupils aged 3 to 12 and focuses on the development of the whole child in the classroom and in the world outside. The programme encourages international-mindedness in IB students. To do this, we believe that students must first develop an understanding of their own cultural and national identity. The programme encourages a positive attitude to learning by encouraging students to ask challenging questions, to critically reflect, to develop research skills, and to learn how to learn. The programme also encourages community service because we believe that there is more to learning than academic studies
Currently among all centre only Ulu Pandan is having this programme.
Kent vlue centre is still trying to get the licence for this. -

I wrote to LSH and had some e-mail exchanges with Patricia. I think she will remember me if I drop some hints on her this Friday evening.

How come for the past 2 days briefing , some of the same question but the answer they given is different??
Since they will be having open house during this weekend is better for u to go down and have a look at the centre. See how u feel about the decoration , the teachers since yesterday they mention all their teachers r v experience and up to their standard, hygine… -
