May I ask regarding the bite-sized assessment that will be conducted on term 1. Although the school letter indicated that this assessment will not take into the consideration of the final score however am I right to say that if the students don't fare well in this assessment, he or she will hv to attend tuition before school. I heard that some schools hv such practice. How's abt Nan Chiau?
I dont really think the teachers will wait till assessments to select P1 students for remedial classes. The classes shld b starting soon...in late Jan or Feb. The P3ers r starting theirs next week. -
what will the timing b for the remedial lessons? can share? hope wouldn’t be sat for p1.

Do you mean to say if dun do well for the bit sized test , will get selected for P1 remedial? or is it compulsory again for all P1 ?

Regarding the CNY celebration on Jan 25th, school encouraged students to wear their traditional costume on that day with school shoes. Juz to confirm whether we need to bring a set of either PE or school attire for them to change after the celebration.

Typically no need. The children will be in that attire for the entire school session. -

What I understand is that weaker students will be grouped together to attend LSP (Learning Support Prog) during school hours. For example, those who are weak in Maths will attend LSP (go to separate room) while the rest go through in class for normal Maths lesson. Remedial is usually an hour or so before school but I am not sure if all LSP students must attend this remedial (extra hours).dombry:

Remedial for P1 is selective, not for all, unlike those in upper Pri in prep for PSLE. If wrong, do correct me. -
