        Mommies,

Hey I have tried my RED Happycall deep pan frying Kunning fish today without oil, it was horrible! Did I do anything wrong??
U need to pan dry ur fish, coat some corn flour. Grease your pan abit. Unlock the pan, cover down still if u want to have a crispy skin effect. That's what being shared at the FB.

I have yet to fry kunning fish though only tried with Selar fish. I didn't grease the pan. I just pat dry, lock the pan cook awhile flip and cook again, then unlock the pan to cook, got the charred effect, but then not those crispy type.

The brown ones are the 75mm deep pans. Good for veggie stir fry and cakes. They aren't the latest pans. The red ones are the 50mm pans. Good for roast chicken and beefsteak.

I just bought the jumbo pan thinking it can roast chicken and beef steak too. Has anyone tried? Or should I get the red pan too?

You try and tell us? Since you already bought the pan. I don't have a jumbo.

                      Need some help.

Do u guys use oil when u fry eggs or tofu?
