Haha...simple. Just add water into the pan then tilt from side to side. There is a hole on the back, opposite the handle, so make sure you don't tilt back. Otherwise, you'll be wondering why your pan leaks.azureoct:
I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of my Ocher Deeper pan
but I have a question for you guys. I read that there's some leak test we could do with the pan? Can someone pls tell me what I need to do with it?
Thanks
Thank you, dasalo!!!! I just got my pan.. I shall go do the test later!

The Ocher deeper pan is selling at $68.90 and $69.90 in the above store, the difference between these store is their freebies give out with the purchase.
Also now with http://www.gmarket.com.sg/passioncard?jaehuid=200006470, u can have the Ocher deeper pan @ only $58.90/$59.90, which I think is really a good deal, this promotion with passioncard last until end of this month - 31 Jan 2012 only.
Basic Pan after discount is $52.90 in all stores above, this model what has been advertise on TV. Hope this helps. -
Mommies,
Hey I have tried my RED Happycall deep pan frying Kunning fish today without oil, it was horrible! Did I do anything wrong?? -
R u referring to Neoflam korean frying pans, those silicon coated?

MissAshley:
U need to pan dry ur fish, coat some corn flour. Grease your pan abit. Unlock the pan, cover down still if u want to have a crispy skin effect. That's what being shared at the FB.Mommies,

I have yet to fry kunning fish though only tried with Selar fish. I didn't grease the pan. I just pat dry, lock the pan cook awhile flip and cook again, then unlock the pan to cook, got the charred effect, but then not those crispy type. -

The brown ones are the 75mm deep pans. Good for veggie stir fry and cakes. They aren't the latest pans. The red ones are the 50mm pans. Good for roast chicken and beefsteak.
I just bought the jumbo pan thinking it can roast chicken and beef steak too. Has anyone tried? Or should I get the red pan too? -

You try and tell us? Since you already bought the pan. I don't have a jumbo.Chenonceau:
