Yes. I will work from home whenever my kids fall sick or school close šŸ˜‰ Don't have maid or relative here to help out 😐

      :udawoman:

So lucky of you to have an employer willing to make such arrangement for you.
      lzxuan:
Think he will get crazy when you reach home tonight. You have maid?
You are wrong! My husband is better than me in looking after the kids. The kids prefer my husband because papa always brings them out to play. 😐

No, I don't have maid, too.

Tonight can give latest update on LSH briefing and LV layout??
I think I can only update next Monday. Will be very busy during this weekend.

          Hi lzxuan!

          Have replied your PM.

Unfortunately, there is no way we know whether we have any PM unless we check the Inbox. Somehow, new messages don't get registered at the top of the page.

Time for upgrade, Chief KS! :?:

          Fion/lzxuan,

Do you have any more queries that you would like me to raise this evening (if I get the chance)?

                    Qualifications? :?

Well, in my e-mail exchanges with Patricia, she said that \"the teachers will be comprised of 20% of Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and the remaining 80% with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. The team will be guided by the Education Development Team that are made of professionals with Masters and Doctorate in Education.\"

                    Is that sufficient?

Sufficient for me! Hehee.. in paper aspects. But hor, for me at least... i

would like to get to know the teacher personally...... at least where
deciding on a childcare is concerned laa... Having the papers doesn't & will
not equate to a true educator's 2 P's : passion and patience. That is why i
like schools/centres that offer trial classes. Can have some time to gauge
teaching capability  and also caregiving needs of children in her care.
Its akin to having fantastic materials but not knowing how to use it and
                      delivering the lesson effectively. JMHO.

                        Agreed. :udawoman:

In my children's childcare centre, the teachers who are high in these two Ps are not those highly educated ones. The highly educated ones.... :torchme:

The quality of childcare services is dependent on humans. Granted that the SOP is well laid out, the implementation is solely dependent on the teachers' adherence to the rules. You don't need a highly educated person to understand the needs of the children and expectations of parents.
