firefly38:
My DS class only had 1 lesson on RE thus far. Their lesson falls on a monday of which they had missed in Week 2 n will miss in Week 4 for CNY. I think e boys r very confused n they don't get to see the teacher to clarify.Verysuperkiasu:
Any of your ds doing the research on challenges of senior citizens? The word limit for the proposal paper is 500. Must they keep strictly to this limit? Will the paper be penalised if no. of words exceeded 500? Any idea?
Think all year one boys get the same topic for RE. DS will be meeting his team mates to discuss tomorrow, after school (at a boy's house).
DS says there is no CNY celebration tomorrow, so they will have lessons as usual. They also don't need to wear CNY clothes, just wear school uniform, as usual. No CNY celebration? Can't be true, right???
Which comes first - there's individual n there's group proposal. DS also blur. I think r tr also had not enough time to go thru in details with e class.
N imagine firefly's DS already meeting his group! -
Ds didn't mention anything abt the RE project ..

I bought it at parkway parade but I stay in Jurong .
Yes, checked out that store last Monday - out of stock.
The school's book shop also out.
Hmmm ... not sure whether to try Jurong now. Thanks, mummies! -

I remember last year when my DS faced a problem in getting hmt workbook due to shortage, I figured tt certain sec schs will hv a small population of hmt pupils eg mission schools. So I walked to a nearby mission sec sch in my neighbourhood, told the security tt I needed to buy from its bookstore and true enough, there were many available.Ms tay:
