daisyt, from my understanding, the name originated decades years ago from NS, referring to Chinese who could not speak English. They could not pronouce the word 'educated' properly so it ended up sounding like helicopter -- dio bo?

I am really curious which IT Co this lady comes from. Cos I work in a IT Co which provides services to a few govt dept.
Then last week, my boss said she is currently involved in the investigation into certain business misconduct. She is \"doing\" the investigation\", not being \"investigated\" though.
