When you touch the leaves of a mimosa plant, the leaves close.

When you touch a grasshopper, it hops away.
Explain the difference between the two movements.

What should the model answer be?

        Big Devil,
i dont have model answer, but my answer will be something like this..
The mimosa plant responds to their surroundings by moving some of their plant parts while the grasshopper responds by moving from place to place.

                    Hi,

For this OE question above, can anyone advise the correct answering technique for Part (b) :

                    (1) Cockroaches in B will survive but cockroaches in C will die.

                    (2) Cockroaches in B will survive longer than cockroaches in C.

                    (3) Cockroaches in B will survive longer than cockroaches in C, but will still die in the end.

I will choose (3) as there is no water in both set ups.
