We haven’t start. Still thinking. My DH only asked me to send. But for me if I know how to teach I can teach cos my MT. We want to hire home tutor but quite expensive. My friends scold me and tease me to need tamil tuition. -
Next Monday onwards my son will have remedial class for Tamil. -

What is the difference between remedial and enrichment classes? Is it just the different names for the same thing? Pardon me if I sound stupid.

Ok, no prob.
Remedial is the extra class for weaker students in the school.T teaches slowly and coach the syllabus. supplementary another class for all but extra of syllabus sometimes cover the syllabus.
Entrichment class is outside of the school has specific method to teach like kumon. Tution centers are t the school syllabus, just drill(I think) I don’t know much. Cos my son only was attending ICR for Eng. -

ICR - I Can Read is a centre for English.They use phonics method to read.

My son used to attend ICR. Apart from phonics lessons, the centre at Rivervale Mall offers Primary English Programme for Primary students. I have reviewed the package and thought it was pretty good as the package focused on many of the language components dealt in schools but with more focus on different text types.
