By and by, I realise there're quite a number of items bought from the school bookshop that are not needed. We only realise some are optional items only after

bought the stuff. Was not told clearly by the bookshop that the pack contains optional items. Thought the least they could do is to tell parents before we make
      the purchase in Dec.

think booklist did state which are optional items... i was just plain lazy... so bought the whole pack...

I only buy those mandatory from the booklist...I left out the optional ones, except the Chinese readers set...hee...save some $$....I learnt this tip from my friend...
thanks for the tip... next year i have to be smarter 🙂

anyone starting tmr brass band CCA? The CCA end at 12pm, does the kid still have time to consume the lunch in the canteen before hall assembly?

          Hi Twinkless,

My son registered for brassband and was told that it will start only in Term 2? Also, we need to wait for the confirmation letter before the start of the CCA. I am not sure if the practice is different...but I will not send him for his class tomorrow yet...will write to the teacher-in-charge to confirm this...

My ds already receive the confirmation letter on brass band n the class will start tmr.

I think Anderson Primary is quite a good school.

One of my friends in my primary school transferred here during Primary Three.

She was originally in the "average" class in my primary school.

Unexpectedly, for PSLE she became smarter than me.

Anderson Primary teachers are better I guess. :B

think your DS can just go on friday... coz the letter says 1st 3 sessions are for them to gauge their interest in guzheng...
or you may want to contact the teacher-in-charge of guzheng directly instead?

Anyone know where is the meeting point?
