Thinking of celebrating 5 yr old DS in mac. But got budget constraint. Prob has 30 classmates and family friends coming. Problem is it will burst my budget if his classmates bring his siblings and parents too. Mac usually reserved some seats for parents. Does it means i must pay for everyone there? :moneyflies: :yikes:

Can anyone give me any idea what is appropriate?

For 5 year old parties more parents will 'hang around'. Sometimes the staff or host will take orders n serve those parents. For us we normally gather with a few others and order our own..
Be prepared to pay more, especially for those 'play themed gym' where you pay per head.. My DS had his at Amazonia recently, cousins and siblings of invited guests simply tagged along..
