If u stay 1-2km from ACS, i think ur chance is 0%...
Try other school

29 applicants for 24 vacancies, balloting less than 1 km.
1 to 2 km: no chance to ballot. Try other school.

I believe members of a Methodist church would qualify for 2B too, no?

From what I have heard, they are not taking in PVs next year.

You may want to call the school to double confirm.

I asked before and they said they may discontinue the PV programme. So it will be safer if you join the grassroots at that area now.
