Hey, can check with KS members here, what is your thoughts on indo maid from west java? For example, lampung, lombok, sumatra...

I do not think that which part of Indonesia the maid comes from matters.

Even though you heard of many other people who have good maids from sumatra, but you may not be as lucky as they are.

My current maid, who is a very good maid, is from the Dieng Plateau from East Java. I have used 8 maids and she is the best maid I have employed. But then I do not advise anyone to go around looking for maids from the Dieng Plateau šŸ˜‰

It's like asking are people from Tampines nicer than people from Jurong West ? šŸ˜‰

Whether you get a good maid or not, depends purely on your luck, especially when you are taking a maid with no previous working experience. Personally I will look for a maid who has worked for at least 4 years with one employer in Singapore, she will be a safer choice.

            Hi autumnbronze,
Thanks for posting your comments ! We need more employers like you who are willing to send in your comments so that others can have a better understanding about a maid agency.

Don't be sad that your maid went to Canada to work.

I used to be very emotionally attached to my maid.
When my maid of 5 years left my family to go back to her hometown, I cried for 5 days....
Then my DH told me, \" They are not our family after all, they will still leave you one day. As long as you treat them well, do not be too emotionally attached to the maid.\"

Since then, I have learnt not to be too emotional with maids.
