Reporting here too... Can I check if staying <1km, still need to do pv or go straight to 2C? Though past records showed ballot in phase 2C, under 1km.

Vicki, I am looking at Mee Toh Sch. 2C sure ballot for <1km but not sure if 2B will end up in balloting as well.
Aside to this, if my parents are staying within 1km of maha bodhi, will it be consider as 1-2km in 2B or 2C?

Under P2B is for those in Clan, church, PV and Grassroot.
If u r using caregivers add, it will be 1-2km.

For MeeToh, last year statistics for 2B is 73 kids for 76 vacancies. So no balloting. For 2C statistics, it was 157 for 82 vacancies. N yup, balloting was within 1km.

The school I’m aiming suddenly stop recruiting PV this year for 2008 kids!!! Suay ler… Now dunno wat to do… To go thru another BIG WAVES of heartbeat - balloting in 2C, or … … … *headache lah

since Rosyth eliminate PV, the only way out now come under phase 2B is Grassroot. No other choice. i won’t dare to think of phase 2C for Rosyth, bec the heat of competition is too intense.


under Grassroot, can also get to choose other schools besides Rosyth.

Is grassroot=RC Member? Heard must be observer for two yrs and someone from the committee to rope u in... How true is that? Jul2012-Jun2014 still in time for this route

Just go to ur nearby RC to be as volunteer... Observer will be ard 6 mths and when u get the letter, u need to serve 1 year to qualify to get the letter for P2B
