      hi, been a while since i looged in… still with filipino even thou i contemplated maidless long ago. Finally decided to proceed and sack maid after i caught her using my old smartphone with her sim card inside. Working out the logistics now b4 i show her the door… need feedback from mummies here:


      Pls recommend the model you using:
      1) dryer
      2) dishwasher
      3) mop

      BTW
      I FTWM, with 3 young kids, age 4,5,6… and our household consist of DH, me and 3 young kids only. Anyone care to share the size of your household so that we can share our xperiences better?

        me sahm but 3 kids too, aged 4.5, 7 n 9. if u maidless i supp they r in full day childcare n ur dh seldom biz trip otherwise hard on u.

        i recommend:
        dryer- electrolux edv705: sensor, venting dryer, buzzer whn cycle ends, anti crease functn,. electrolux has iron aid dryer supp to eliminate irong but hvnt try as $1599
        mop- bona spray mop. pailess

          thanks 24-hr mum. will keep inmind your recommendations. ya your assumption abt me is correct. i always hear dryer use alot of electricity,… how about how much? would u be able to quantify? like before starting to use a dryer and now, with dryer,… roughly how much increase in electricity billls?

            i cant as i hv used dryer frm the day i got married cos i was wkg n i scared o

            if rain how to keep clothes, hates bamboo hangg n basically lazy, wanna save hassle n time. $ can earn back but time cannot

              Just know that after I became maidless, I use dryer for every wash. My utility bill is lesser by about $50 than when I had a maid and don't use dryer.

                serious? im tempted to get one if go maidless.. else impossible to do the laundry and all as working

                      You can't take total bill to quantify. See only the electrical units used and the price unit for comparison.

                        still i cant settle on the dinenr portion as i feel proper meals is very important for my kids… any more idea…no tingkat (not healthy)… steam all the time… i will go crazy…
