I went there before but end up i din enroll my gal cos i find the place is a bit old. If you dont mind siglap area n Katong area there are more over there.

I din went in to see the place yet. That's the closest I can find. I am looking at child care near to tanah merah met. Hopefully it's within walking distance. However can't seems to find any. Really big headache.

Actually, down the road (from Tanah Merah) at Upper Changi East, there’s a Kinderland childcare. My younger boy is there (older one was from there too), and I must say it’s a very well run childcare. You should go take a look and get a feel.

A few years back when I was looking for a place for my older boy, this centre was initially not on my ‘search radar’ but hubby and I decided to just take a look… just to ensure we looked at more than 3 centres. To our surprise, it was a really nice place and we almost immediately cancelled all the other places that we had shortlisted.
And through the years, I (and the boys) have no complaints against the centre at all.
In fact, I sometimes regret pulling the older boy out and placing him in a kindergarten!

Unfortunately it’s not within walking distance for you. However, you’ll have direct bus no. 24 that stops right in front of the center.

hi, need some advice from any parents out there. my girl (21 months) is currently at mindchamps katong, we are working parents and we have a younger one at home, so my girl is taking school bus from school to home. she just started so she cries very badly everytime on the school bus. does any one have any experience dealing with crying child on school bus?


does anyone have experience with the little big creativity? this school is near our place (walking distance) so want to find out more about this school and if it good, might consider switching so my girl won't have to sit school bus at such a young age

Hi my son is not in this school but I have visited the school previously. The principal is well-spoken and the general feel of the school is good. It is a little pricey, but their school fees for full day children include enrichment for sports, kindermusik, abrakadoodle art, creative dance/ballet and chinese speech & drama so it is a good deal for those already minded to send their children for enrichment.

They take a play and project-based approach, but still have structured learning outcomes for the children. The children seem happy and outspoken. Not too sure about their chinese. Why don't you visit the school yourself and see whether you like it?

thanks for your advice. I went to visit the school recently, the fee is a little pricey and i didn't quite like the feel of the place, maybe its the time of the day that i went coz most of the children were doing their own thing and the teacher wasn't really \"supervising\" them. i still prefer mindchamps structured ways of teaching and the teachers are really dedicated (giving us update of our girl regularly via sms/photos/videos) which gives us the feelingt that our girl is in the right hand.

unless i can find a relatively cheaper place (as compared to mindchamps) near telok kurau area that i'm comfortable with, i'll prob stick with mindchamps but it'll be a heavy load on us when the 2nd one goes to PG as well
