Hi, need some advice on whether it is benenficial for my girl who has been learning ballet, to join Chinese Dance as her CCA??She just started P1..

Her school is very good in Chinese Dance & has been winning SYF competition, getting gold with Honours πŸ™‚ She went for 1 lesson for her CHinese Dance & I noticed they were made to do a lot of stretching exercises, which my girl said is a bit painful, but she is ok to bear with it πŸ™‚
Just wondering whether such exercises are good or bad for ballet?
& whether what they teach or do in CHinese dance will clash with Ballet? In my opinion, should be ok, but just prefer to get some confirmation from experts here πŸ™‚

Sorry if my questions sound silly πŸ™‚ coz I was not trained in ballet nor chinese dance πŸ™‚ Thanks in advance!!

Anyone can recommend any good ballet school in around Redhill area?

Also don’t mind travel if there are really good teachers that can teach.

My gal goes to one at Bt Merah central but it’s only for introductory ballet. I intend to let her continue at SBA. Maybe you can consider SBA as there are many positive comments on it.
