can't be that bad right.... DD2's spelling is like part of her life but doesn't consume her..
yup, no fond memories of their childhood when they grow up... not like us... remember the days in my Kinder is playing games all days and having fun... now the kids will only remember which the spelling, phonics, assessment :faint:ahkeong:

really feel for them, so young oredi so much pressure
her weekend was Zoo + Cotton Candy + Feeding Kangaroos + Hercules cartoon + Garfield + Muthus & her fav masala tea ..... my childhood wasn't like that

so many things to learn liao… my k1 and k2 is all abt singing and playing
worrying if he starts to hate going to school… -

think i have to start to think of fun things for my kids to do during the weekends... sometime just can't think of where to go with them lor.... ( or rather my old bone can't catch up with them lor ) especially without maid lor... :siam:

I also change my DS from CC to Kindy as i wanted him to get used to the fact that teacher is teacher.. and get used to doing homework by himself ( which is not working lor... )...

DD2 CC has 3 hours of studying time so she does work in the class. When she gets home, she has 45 mins revision, depending on the days.
I also change my DS from CC to Kindy as i wanted him to get used to the fact that teacher is teacher.. and get used to doing homework by himself ( which is not working lor... )...ahkeong:

Getting her to sit on her own at home to do her work so as time passes, she will have to sit on her own for 1.5 hours to do revision.
Kindy doesn't work out for me since logistics of who is going to take care of her comes in plus I rather have CC arrange activities for her than stay home with her grandparents. The freedom and pampering is more than I can accept.

he watches disney channel.. definitely pampered there and treated like a king.. which my wife hates alot
student care is wad? kinda child care but cater for older kids?
