Tks for the info Bryan, youre really of great help, I guess the doctors are the same too, Yup, I now get a better picture of what to expect unlike years back when it was less unsafe but still had to be on guard. I hv been popping in to Hong kong and its very safe. I will be going there next week so I will put off johore for now but will definitely make a short trip there this year but dont have any plans yet… I do miss Johore but need more info on how the situation is today. Thot of going in for cheap buys and medicine too and jb is just a short distance away.
I will keep in touch with u if I intend to go in alone, anyway really appreciate yr sharing with me… will surely need more info when I decide to go in. Thanks again. -
No worries at all Moonee, just let me know if you have any other questions.
Meanwhile, we'll be in Johor this weekend
Cheers. -
will do Bryan, anyway i just got back frm HK so will not visit Johore now but definitely within the year. Cheers

Dear all
There is a Popluar Mega Bookfair 18-28 Nov 2011 at Danga City Mall. Does anyone know how to go there by taking public bus from JB City Square? If taking the taxi , how much will be the fare? It also can take train to Danga City Mall but does not have much of information eg timing, price etc
Is there anyone can share information with me
Thanks in advance -
Hello,
have not been driving to Malaysia for some time. Wish to check if we can still pay by cash (instead of Touch n Go) for the woodlands Malaysia checkpoint and the road tolls.
thanks

The hotels in Sentosa are way to expensive, almost $1K for 3A1C. My boy simply loves to stay in a hotel. Any nice hotel/resort in JB? I am thinking of driving in, check in to a nice hotel and spend the time lazing around, swimming, eat, shop etc. Any good recommendations?

I just went to UK farm 12 days ago, it is RM40+ per pax on bus tour for 3 hours now.

Hi, I’m planning a short family vacation at the UK Agro resort, but I’m reluctant to do a self-drive. May I know if there’s any coach or mini-van transport from Singapore (preferably from Boon Lay) that reach the resort? It seems that the last 15km of drive is on dirt-track.

any idea if we can self drive to the farm itself?
no point taking bus there… a one day trip would be great -
I've yet to go to UK Farm Resort itself although I pass by the main entrance a few times.
If you drive to Malaysia, just exit at Air Hitam. It is on the way to Kluang town itself. Nearby there, you can also visit Zenxin organic farm and Dragon Fruit Farm :rahrah:
